as part of our Terms of Service, is intended to ensure the security,

You are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the
security of the System. Any such violations may result in criminal
and civil liabilities to you. Total Asset Recovery Services LLC will investigate
any alleged violations, and, if a criminal violation is suspected,
the firm will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations.
Violations include:
- View and use for intended purposes those portions of this website to which we have granted you access;
- Tampering, hacking or modifying authentication measures without proper authorization;
- Transmitting material that contains viruses or other computer
programming routines/engines with the intent or effect of damaging,
destroying, disrupting or otherwise impairing the computer's
functionality or the operation of the System;
- Interfering with, intercepting or expropriating any system,
data or information;
- Use the System in furtherance of any unlawful, harmful, harassing,
defamatory, threatening, vulgar, sexually explicit, hateful
or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, or any material
that exploits children or is invasive of another person's rights;
- Engage in conduct that would constitute a fraudulent
or other criminal offense or give rise to civil liability for
us;
- Impersonate any individual/entity, falsely state or otherwise
misrepresent your identity in any way;
- Engage in deceptive on-line marketing; and/or
- Assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities
described above.
